Services
Private Yoga | 1:1 Lessons
It’s often said that yoga is for everyone and every body – but sometimes, a group environment like a yoga studio or gym doesn’t feel like it’s doing you a service 🙂
Working one on one is a beautifully personal way to support your unique needs and goals: no distractions, no comparisons, no assumed knowledge, skills or experience.
How do I know if this service is right for me?
Private yoga sessions work well in many circumstances. For example:
- You’re a beginner, or new to yoga
- You’re recovering from, or managing an injury
- You have a specific yoga goal (eg. better balance)
- You prefer to learn one on one
- You need a little extra motivation or accountability
- You’re self-conscious or nervous in a group class
- You haven't practised in a while and feel 'rusty'
- Your schedule doesn't fit with traditional studio timetables
- You find it hard to carve out some 'me time'
Just like traditional personal training, 1:1 yoga is tailored to your body and your needs.
It can help you find ways to improve performance on the sporting field or in the gym, identify and overcome niggling areas of strain, weakness or frequent injury and reduce stress levels.
Private yoga sessions can also help you practise safely, by learning the correct alignment of postures, modifying postures where needed, making adjustments (which may include helping you go deeper into a posture if appropriate) and allowing you to progress at your own pace. No need to ‘keep up’ with the class!

Team Yoga | Corporate Yoga
Today’s workplace, be it office, hybrid or work-from-home, is about more than just productivity: it’s about creating an environment where employees feel appreciated, at ease and able to do their best.
It’s also about helping your staff enjoy a better quality of life, outside the office. Because how we are at home affects how we show up at work.
"Take care of your body.
It's the only place you have to live"
- Jim Rohn -
Corporate yoga helps you and your team manage work and life better. Whether it’s private sessions, lunchtime learning, pre/post work group classes or a tailored ‘wellbeing corner’ for your next offsite or conference, there are plenty of service options to suit your schedule, budget and objectives. We also offer yoga support for your organisation’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
All team yoga sessions are led by a qualified, experienced yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance accreditation.
- You choose the venue: your office, a hired room or public space
- You choose the duration: 30, 45 + 60 minute sessions are popular
- You choose the time of day: eg. before/after work, lunchtime
- You choose the frequency: we recommend at least once/week
Benefits
- Yoga helps you become more in tune with your body’s signals - you'll learn to hear it when it whispers, not just when it shouts :),
- Yoga activates areas of the brain responsible for attention, motivation, executive function and neuroplasticity
- Yoga’s focus on mobility and flexibility can contribute to better alignment by releasing tight muscles and improving spinal mobility - particularly helpful if you spend many hours desk-bound or driving
How many sessions do I need?
Like most things in life, practising yoga more often and over a longer period will give you bigger benefits physically, mentally and emotionally.
Having access to regular sessions will also help your staff create a new habit and build confidence.

Yoga for EAP
(Employee Assistance Programs)
What is the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?
The Australian Employee Assistance Program is a confidential system that helps companies support employees through personal or work challenges like mental health, conflict, grief, stress and anxiety, burnout and overwhelm, that are affecting their wellbeing and job performance.
Most programs offer counselling, but yoga is increasingly being recognised as a valuable service component of a holistic EAP, one which complements (and sometimes, an alternative) to talk therapy. Here’s how:
- Accessibility and inclusivity
Yoga is a holistic approach to wellbeing that embraces diversity. It can be tailored to all ages, physical abilities and backgrounds.
- Empowerment and self efficacy
Practicing yoga helps us develop a greater sense of control over our bodies and emotions, leading to increased confidence and self belief.
- Cultivation of coping strategies
Yoga teaches valuable strategies like breath control, relaxation and ways to manage discomfort – skills that we can apply in our daily lives.
- Non verbal expression
Sometimes, it’s challenging to put feelings into words. Yoga helps us connect with and process our feelings through movement and breath.
- Stress reduction
Deep breathing, relaxation techniques and movement help us release tension and stress, by boosting circulation and oxygen to the brain.
- Mindfulness and self awareness
Yoga encourages us to be present without judgement. As a result, we become more attuned to our feelings and thought patterns.
- Physical and emotional release
The mind-body connection shows us that emotions manifest in the physical body, and that to shift these emotions, we need to move! Yoga helps us shift our energy and emotional state in a safe, supported way.
Is yoga a good fit for our EAP?
Here are some questions you might like to explore with your HR manager or director, and your team.
- What is important to our employees?
Before introducing yoga into your EAP, check in with your staff. This might include a survey, focus group or informal chat to gather feedback and interest in yoga, and how it might benefit them.
- What are our goals for incorporating yoga into the EAP?
What you want to achieve by offering yoga as part of your EAP? eg. Is it primarily to reduce stress and improve wellbeing? To enhance productivity? To promote a positive work culture?
- How do we integrate yoga into our current EAP service ?
How can you ensure yoga complements and enhances your existing EAP services? Will it be offered as a standalone option, in combination with counselling, or as part of broader wellness initiatives?
- What are the logistics of implementing yoga sessions?
Practical aspects, such as scheduling, location and suitable facilities, whether sessions will be conducted on or off-site, during or before/after work, are all valuable to consider.

Energy Healing
What is energy healing?
Energy healing works with your body’s own natural energy systems to clear blockages, restore balance and reawaken its own healing ability.
What can energy healing do for me?
Here are some of the ways our clients describe its impact:
- A deeper, more loving acceptance and understanding of self
- Feeling lighter, stronger & more positive
- Being back in flow again
- A clear sense of purpose and place in the world
- Being able to observe stressful situations without being affected
How does it work?
We offer a gentle yet powerful form of healing known as Pleiadian Light work, which supports your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing with help from higher dimensions.
It helps you break free of limiting beliefs, patterns of behaviour and thinking – yes, even the things you thought were just ‘in your genes’ or that you can’t seem to shake – from the present and past lives, so that you can step into your power, welcome in your natural gifts and start living in alignment with your higher self.
No two sessions are the same. But no matter what comes up, you will feel fully held in a safe space, with kindness, compassion and unconditional love.
